Build at your own pace in free play or tackle eight scenarios, each with a city and a problem to solve. Ease congestion, clean up industry, repair a ruined district, recover an empty treasury or restore power to a growing city. Earn a gold badge for each scenario you complete and improve your best completion time on a replay.
